went to the natsumatsuri at Japanese school just now!! was super fun, but pics will come later, seeing as its almost 12...

and i still haven't done alot of things... like my starting on my se asian paper, reading my psychology textbook, doing my el tutorial...

Influenza, commonly known as flu, is an infectious disease of birds and mammals caused by RNA viruses of the family Orthomyxoviridae. In humans, common symptoms of the disease are chills and fever, sore throat, muscle pains, severe headache, coughing, weakness and general discomfort. In more serious cases, influenza causes pneumonia, which can be fatal, particularly in young children and the elderly. Although it is sometimes confused with the common cold, influenza is a much more severe disease and is caused by a different type of virus.

Acute viral nasopharyngitis, or acute coryza, usually known as the common cold, is a highly contagious, viral infectious disease of the upper respiratory system, primarily caused by picornaviruses (including rhinoviruses) or coronaviruses. Common symptoms are sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing and cough; sometimes accompanied by 'pink eye', muscle aches, fatigue, malaise, headaches, muscle weakness, and/or loss of appetite. Fever and extreme exhaustion are more usual in influenza. The symptoms of a cold usually resolve after about one week, but can last up to two.

slight fever.
chills, made worse by lt11.
headache...
runny nose which enjoys alternating between runny and blocked at a whim.
no desire to touch the PSP.

diagnosis: flu.

was so disappointed by yesterday's episode of america's next top model yesterday. i can't believe they eliminated heather!!

heather is like, the most gorgeous girl i've ever seen on the show!! she has these really strong features and a haunting and mysterious sort of look about her. she also takes really stunning photos (amazing portfolio)!! *sighs* they probably eliminated her because she was late (ay-yi!) and that she has problems communicating with other people.

i'll agree that there is no excuse for being late on the job, especially when meeting prospective employers. however, problems in coummunication are symptoms of Asperger's syndrome, which she was born with!! they could have at least given her some more time to work harder at overcoming it...

...like kick her out next week. at least heather fans wouldn't be so disappointed. we may be fans, but we understand that you can't continue to keep a model who can't do commercials, talk to others and socialise well.

this is her photo in the Covergirl commercial, done by jim wade. i was like totally blown over!! she normally does high-fashion shots on the show, but suddenly she does a commercial photo and still LOOKS GORGEOUS!! XD (instead of looking cheesy and well, commercial.)

this photo was taken after she was eliminated from the show. she still looks great!

*sigh* my favourite girl's been kicked out of the show!! i don't even feel like watching the rest of the cycle anymore... especially when the winner isn't someone fantastic. compared to her, and the other winners of top model.

spent 15 mins in vain trying to login to my nus email account. by some stroke of genius(not) i removed the <> in my user id and...

FINALLY got in!!

think i'll never cease to amaze myself and others with the idiotic things i do.

and thankfully, i managed to get the modules i wanted. PHEW!!
