today was very depressed

cos i remembered what i saw on christmas eve. that day i was a bit high so it didn't hit me as when i remembered it today...

i was buying santa hat and enjoying christmas eve on orchard road with my friends, then its like directly across the pavement from us was this mother and her child in rags, sitting on cardboard.

apparently they have no home, while they're sitting there, everyone else is like celebrating and taking no notice of them...

really tugged at my heartstrings.. felt really bad that while i'm celebrating, there are actually people who don't even have a home. not that i don't know, i know there are people out there who are less fortunate, but really seeing the people themselves made me really depressed

i'm guilty of not calling social services or helping them too.

Merry Christmas !!!

yay!! dunno why i'm so happy but then i'm crazy after all... :D

yesterday went out with yating n cixin. went j8 first to watch narnia.
wat a cool show!!! the little girl lucy is so cute!! i want to pinch her cheeks and hug her!! lol. :D feel like reading the book now, think u can borrow it from the library.. actually remember seeing it a few years back.

after that we stone about then go Thai express to eat dinner.

cixin ordered Phat Thai. actually we all wanted to eat that, but cixin said it first... yating had this yellow curry thing... it looked super spicy then din dare to try it, but actually its not hot at all.. i think prata curry is hotter. -.- i had thai chicken rice. it tasted like rice and chicken. oh but the chilli sauce was super good! wonder if they do takeaways for chilli only..

then go swensens eat ice cream. lol cant remember de exact name but it had chocolate and butterscotch ice cream. sinful, but good. then we all dunno why very high, giggle, giggle and giggle non-stop. lol...

then yating looked like she was choking, i got very alarmed but actually she just happened to eat two of the choc biscuit thing... -.- -.- -.-

went ochard after that. giggling all the way there and searching for santa hat. *woot* we managed to get some along ochard road, then got lights on it.... so cute!! tis the season to be jolly!! how often can you wear santa hats and feel childish anyway?? (hardly)

took neoprint too, but the machine was a little guai... O.o but wearing santa hats and taking photos was fun!

lol. we should do this more often.. maybe i should call them up next year!!

actually i'm supposed to be making a jet necklace for my sis but i couldn't find the monofilament...

dunno where it went. i bought like one roll of it. er they come in rolls. -.-

come to think of it, dun remember seeing it yesterday when i was packing my beading box. the two rolls of wire are still there, but just can't find the monofilament.

then now got nothing to do cos i can't possibly go out when its pouring pints of rain like there's no tomorrow.. maybe i lent it to someone.

remember lending it to one of my friends last year, but cant remember if i got it back.
hmmm....

ah never mind, shall buy tmr. (*sobs* because i have no $$)

just got home about 20mins ago. so tired.. and i'm feeling lazy.. dun feel like moving.
lol. lazy me.

today did training in the morning. it was drizzling, bleaurgh. dun like drizzles... i like it when it is either sunny or raining super heavily(ie. downpour)... drizzles are like in between. -.-

after training went to bathe, then i had to use the hand dryer as a hair dryer. O.o
cos if i let my hair down and its wet, my t-shirt will be wet too... lol. it was kind of gao xiao, but thankfully i was the only person in the toilet. -.-

went to meet meiping, connie, jas (the b'day gal) and kah yan at somerset after wondering about in J8 for like 45 mins... wish jas brought her addidas limited ed bag(ie her present) so that we could see it...

we decided not to watch chicken little cos it sounded like a lame show. then we were like , er wad to do now? so went walk walk around the area lor, to see if we could find a nice pencilbox for meiping. from heeren walk to paragon, then went wisma's isetan then taka's kino...(me: yay! *runs to manga section to find ed*) then after that go back to heeren sakae for buffet, then met jillian kaiting n cally there at 3.

then the 6 of us just ate to our hearts' content lor. poor kahyan was starving cos she left aft she woke up, without eating breakfast or lunch... lol had a great time trying out stuff there.. i think i'll never forget jas' fried sushi.... lololol....

i'm at my aunt's and grandparents' house now. was playing with the comp earlier, so they din ask me to play mahjong with them...

my 4th aunt got da xiang gong twice. i.e. she got 1 extra tile so she cannot win le.
so blur, maybe she blur blur take extra tile also dunno. yep. my 4th aunt play mahjong always very blur one. but also like that then very cute. lol. :D my ah ma today shou yang, so want to play, then so coincidental my aunt just bought new mahjong table and chairs. -.-

jus now was playing bejewelled 2 halfway, then suddenly got someone walking outside the window. walau sia si wo... it was actually one of the cleaners sweeping the top of the corridor.

if you know the old kind of flat( my aunt and grandparents stay in amk) got common corridor only at a few floors where the lift stops. ya, then the corridor on the 9th floor my aunt stays on 10th floor so rite on top of the corridor, then the person walk past.... scary sia. if they clean at nite, i'll be like wah gui ah!!! ( ghost)

scary... thankfully sengkang dun have this kind of corridor.

very full now, even though i ate lunch like a few hours ago. my cousin's birthday oreo cheesecake was good but super fattening... i could practically feel myself expanding while i ate it... must go home and exercise. lol.

after training today i was walking home when i tripped over and fell. ouch... so clumsy.

want to go tenchi but i can't cos i'll be broke after coming out of the shop. intending to buy the fullmetal alchemist manga. already have book 1 but no $$ to buy the rest. -.- sian.
read until book 11 liao. book 12 isn't released in singapore yet i think, not very sure. but saw at gan gan dat book 12 came out in japan in november le.

want to complete my love hina series also. have until book 8. its such a funny series. i used to laugh and laugh while reading it, but i stopped doing that after ppl on bus 86 thought i was siao.

watching spongebob now. wahaha.. it's the episode with the health inspector . its so damn funny.... but somehow only kah yan seems to like it as much as i do. alot people think its lame. ok, i admit it's lame. but it's not the kang kang lame until leng diao kind. spongebob is lame AND funny. :D

hahahaha.... laughing seems to alleviate pain, from running today that is. calf pain.. ouch. then still fall down. -.-

today i came up with two realisations about myself.

1. i'm a computer idiot.
2. computers and their programmes don't like me.

how did i come to those realisations??

was downloading fullmetal alchemist. finally found a torrent a few days ago. if my bro hadn't split (yes, split, there was a loud sound from the cd drive when it happened.) the disc then i wouldn't have to bother la.. now i cannot continue and drool at ed because my bro spoilt it.

anyways, a few days ago the torrent client was giving problems. dunno why... kept getting error msgs but the moment my elder bro (ie. the comp expert) came home then he jus click click ji xia jiu hao le. -.- it doesn't like me.
this morning the same thing happened. -.- now it got an error msg again. argh!!!!! i can bet that i will be fine when my bro comes home...

why is it stopping me from seeing my edward??!! ( everytime i say something like dat my sis says i'm siao)

as for being a computer idiot... thought that i needed to learn more html in order to do blog templates... so went to borrow some books on html. but then reading it was worst than studying physics.

the para was on base tags... it being the basis for relative addressing. i cant put ti in the usual brackets as the browser will be confused.

wha?? anyone who understands this, can pls explain to me what it means please.

use the base tag to define a root-level URL( okaaaaay...) for a collection of web pages, As long as you put a base tag in the head section of the document (ok so far, but i'm blur from this onwards) any URLs that occur within the body section need include only as much information as is needed to navigate from the base defintion. what???

so much for being a computer idiot( that's me.. -.- )

went for track training today. first time since like after nat schools cos we got o lvls... then do slope. argh.nearly died on the slope today...

maybe i''m a jinx or something.. come back liao jiu do slope n the juniors are like ache here ache there n still do slope today. . O.o

after training went to pizza hut in amk central with the ppl for remy's like farewell.. he going to sports school *sobs* so sad... he leave le, and he's like such a great coach ... haiz.

after lunch take photos then stone in amk. we (seniors) wan go play pool but not everyone can go in.then we decided to go bowling at grassroots, cos everyone can enter but the rest want to go home so sian diao and stone in the middle of amk central cos no one know what to do. dots..

we decided to walk to amk mrt then hopefully can come to a decision. but that din happen so the rest went home then we go newton wif ee chuan for interview -.- lol. we suddenly decided to work... lol but no ic so cannot go in. cixin below 16 then cannot work. so we left lor.. without ee chuan he went to work.

took mrt wif cixin n yating to kallang. go ice skating. but cannot find de stupid building.. then we walk around the stadium to find it then cos everywhere boarded up then cannot find the building then still walk so long. ya, we realised after walking one big round around the stadium that it was demolished to make way for circle line. -.-

wanted to take bus back to kallang mrt go mac's but on the de wrong side so walk one big round to where we started off to take bus. so we like walked 1.5? 2? rounds around the national stadium. O.o

tired.. but tmr got to crawl out of house for training. too long nvr run now aching le.. -.-
